On Monday morning, exciting news for hopeless college students spread across campus: FAU High, itself a dual enrollment program for academically advanced high school students, will officially start allowing college students to dual enroll at the high school. Starting after Winter break, the students at the high school will be welcoming their fellow Owls with the open arms the teenaged students were always denied on the college campus. This was especially wonderful news for student Rachel Price, who was down in the dumps after receiving her latest test score in her Algebra class. “I thought I was going to have to drop out,” sighed Price, already brandishing an FAU High t-shirt, “but this school gave me hope. I’m really excited to start Geometry next semester.” FAU High administrators are already hard at work planning a “re-graduation” ceremony for its future dual enrollers.
